The 3-phase TONNE Method is a progressive Pilates approach that strategically layers intensity. In The Base, we prime the body through controlled, bodyweight activation—targeting stabilizing muscles and enhancing neuromuscular control. Then, The Build introduces props like ankle weights and light hand weights to add sculpting resistance. Finally, The Burn takes you to controlled fatigue with precise, high-rep movements and isometric holds—creating that signature deep burn without chaos. Unlike other classes that jump between tempos and props without intention, each phase in THE TONNE builds on the last, resulting in true progression.
